Welcome to the 2014 #PRSSAKC Summit page (formerly PRSSA Day). In the spirit of advancing the future of the PR profession, the Greater Kansas City PRSA chapter has created a new event for students seeking to get real life skills. #PRSSAKC is a program that features a variety of speakers from local, Kansas City pros. This year we are pleased to partner with the Kansas City International Association of Business Communicators on this event.

Ultimately, this is designed to bring people together to share a unique experience. At #PRSSAKC, speakers will present experiences and seek to engage in discussion to create community. If you're a PR or communications student, we hope you'll consider joining us for a day of wisdom share, great food, network cohesion and a whole lot more. PR and Communications pros from around the Kansas City area are also invited to join us for the luncheon keynote and after party.

Tickets are now on sale, and the first 100 attendees will receive a special swag bag.

$25.00 - Student or advisor full-day ticket

$25.00 - GKC PRSA Member keynote lunch and after party

$40.00 - GKC PRSA Guest keynote lunch and after party

We recommend something between business casual and business dress for men and women.

For our out of town guests, we recommend the following local hotels for lodging options near the event: Hotel options.

If you have any questions, please contact communications@kansascity-prsa.org.
